A quiet week.

  • Doris is at Green Hill Lake Camp this week so it has been very quiet around here. I was thinking about other parts of the world as I watched the fireworks yesterday. In war torn countries these would have been real explosives intended on killing people rather than just delighting them with the colours. We can all be grateful for that.
  • I finally went to the free clinic and got a prescription for some physiotherapy for my tennis elbow. I'm thankful that Medavie(Blue Cross) paid for most of the costs, including an elbow brace.
  • Jill went to TreeGo at Mactaquac and had a great time climbing in the trees and going on the Zip Lines . It really sounded like a lot of fun. I may give it a try once my elbow heals. Obviously I'm thankful that she survived the challenge !
