A few little things

• Today they told me at the airport that I should park in the $2 parking area when dropping off a parcel even though there was a sign saying Drop off Area. I'm glad they didn't tow the Jeep away.
• Yesterday we had a great day at the lake. It was 32 degrees and I got the water pump working and fixed the hinge on the lattice work. The dock collapsed with Debbie, Doug and Doris (the 3 D's) all standing on one spot. I guess I will have to put up a spring weight restriction. I think it will be easy to fix as long as I avoid the blackflies. What a beautiful day. We went for a walk around the lake and stayed until after the sun set.
• Doris headed for Grand Manan, but I am grateful that I stayed home and got the oil changed . Jill and I went out to Swiss Chalet to celebrate the first day of the rest of her life.
